‘시간 속의 강' 은 한영수의 3번째 책으로 한영수 문화재단에서 발행한 책이다. 한영수 문화재단(한선정 대표)는 한영수의 작품을 보존하고 소개하기 위해 설립되었으며, 모든 저작물에 대한 권리를 소유하고 있습니다.
1950-60년대의 한강 주변의 삶을 기록한 작품들로 많은 이들에게 향수를 불러 일으키며 오랜시간 한강이 얼마나 많은 시민들에게 인기가 있었는지 알 수 있다. 한겨울 얼어붙은 한강을 걸어서 건너고 여름에는 낚시와 수영을 즐기는 현재 한강과는 다른 모습을 보여준다
이 책은 2017년 5월에 Space 22에서 전시와 함께 출판, 한국의 현대의 역사를 한강을 중심으로 기록한 귀중한 유산이다.
Time Flows in River
‘Time Flows in River’ is the title of the third book of the series about Han Youngsoo’s work, published by Han Youngsoo Foundation with the aim of ‘re-discover his work and promote recognition of his accomplishments.
The nostalgic images of the life in and around the Hangang River during the fifties and sixties, reveal how vivid and vibrant it used to be, how popular it was for many citizens, from winter to spring, for walking or fishing on its iced surface or for swimming and rowing during the summer.
This images, some of which were exhibited at Space 22 Gallery in Seoul on May 2017, constitute an unquestionable and priceless testimony of Korea’s Modern History and show the importance of the Hangang River through the years.
